By Your Side Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced PRN / Reliever Aides (PCA/CNA) to join our team!

We are seeking caregivers who are available to fill in for scheduled shifts, cover call-outs, and provide temporary support when needed.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, and dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation
• Follow individual care plans and agency policies

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5 years of caregiver experience
• Updated TB test
• Current CPR certification
• GCHEXS Background Check
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability for last-minute or scheduled coverage
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
